Can anyone recommend a good site or online tutorial for setting up home surveillance? A jerky ex won’t leave me alone, and puts trash all over my car… Cops don’t want to do anything. I need "real evidence." Fine. How do I install a camera?

a few ways to do (mostly depends on budget):
1) use a camorder + tripod, just record it like normal video shooting.
2) if u have computer spare, add a webcam and record it (webcam has software come with to let u record video)

some cam has motion sensing, so it record video only when someone trigger that senor, it can save u lot of hard drive space.
