I want to set up multiple cameras to watch my home while I am not home. what is the most cost effective way to do this with an iphone receiving the stream?

3G and 4G are the internet provided through the cell phone network. Not as fast as hi speed, but capable. G stands for Generation, and 4 is fast than 3. Slower than three is the Edge network (at least with AT&T). 4G is still hard to find, 3G is fairly widespread and you can usually get Edge (but it is really slow). Your phone will automatically choose the best in the area. Everywhere I have a signal (cell phone access), I have one of the three available.
