These cameras would allow government to be sure that individual citizens aren’t doing anything that might harm themselves or others.

the government shouldn’t have too much control or influence in the average person’s life because the more power they have the less freedom the people have. constant surveillance limits people’s ability to grow and develop because they don’t find out who they are when big brother isn’t watching. being safe is necessary, but that belongs in the hands of individual people and communities – if the government is given too much power they can easily begin controlling the lives of people in ways we only have nightmares about

Because the need of privacy is a very important aspect to protect the dignity of every person. If you would like the government to watch when you have sex with your wife or know about very intimate aspects of your life, then that’s you. The majority of people like to keep some things in private and it does not mean they are doing nothing dangerous, wrong or illegal. The government has gone to far and way to intrusive in every people’s life already. Why do you want more unnecessary, radical or extreme measures? Would you consider it, THE LAND OF THE FREE then?
