i want the video from the camera to be displayed on my tv. i am looking for one that can go the furthest distance from my home. also i want night vision as well

If your looking for a small wireless camera the M10 Series from Axis Communications are a great start http://www.axis.com/products/m10_series/. Their pretty small and the quality is pretty darn good. If your looking to get them hosted online you can get IvedaXpress where they will host your live and archived video online. And you can access it from any internet-enabled device. I know your looking for a old school tv solution, but you also access it from a computer hooked up to a tv.
