Two white SUVs with video cameras mounted in the window… seen within 10 minutes of eachother?

Share

I was at walmart this morning and noticed a guy in a white chevy tahoe driving around the parking lot. He drove past my car and I noticed he had a video camera mounted in the windshield, like on a bracket. He then parked in the next row, almost directly behind my car and I went in to the store. When I came out 10 minutes later, he was gone.
I then proceeded to drive down the road to go home and I saw another white vehicle, a chevy astro van with the same type of setup. This second vehicle had a weird camera, almost like an outdoor surveillance camera mounted in the window, while the chevy tahoe just had a regular camcorder.

What the hell were they doing?

Also, the tahoe looked like it had hidden lights (like cop lights) in the grill of the car, and he had those silver spotlights on either side of the car– like cops have.

I can’t figure it out, I’m sure it was just a coincidence, but it creeped me out! Maybe they were private eyes?

Could be homeland security. Could be state police on investigation. Could be company vehicle keeping track of employees. Does it really matter?

It sounds like you are being followed by the private investigators from the TV show "Cheaters".

That sounds like reason to call the police.

Get the plate numbers and ask them to take over. They’ll find out if you’re in any danger.

Many police departments are using license plate scanners these days, especially on unmarked cars. The scanners are basically cameras that detect license plates and automatically run the license number through a database check. This way they can scan thousands of license numbers everyday and keep a close watch out for stolen cars.

Plus, most police cars have a regular camera in them.

Google Map and other sites use cars with "video camera looking" items on the top of their vehicles. This is used for there sites in the "street view mode."

Go to google maps and click street view on a road and it will seem as if your actually there.

They are constantly updating so this is probably why.

No need to contact the Po Po.
