Anyone know the name of this old game?

Share

I’m looking for the name of an old game that I used to play when I was younger. Was probably an early 90’s game. It was a sidescrolling platform game which had a small detective character who had a camera and would use it to take photos effectivly zapping enemies (I think they were enemies). One version was set in a school the other in a news stuido. He would pass between floors in an elevator, and had to avoid security cameras. He could also enter rooms off the corridor and do small mini games.

Apart from that there is not much else that I can remember. I’ve tried googling and scanning old game archives with no luck so far as I don’t have any recollection of what letter the name of the game even started with. Sound familiar to anyone? Thanks.

The games were called the Super Solvers series by The Learning Company. My favorite was Treasure Mountain, but the one in the news studio I think was called Midnight Rescue.

~Edit~ I looked it up on Wikipedia, the one in the T.V. Studio was OutNumbered http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OutNumbered!
