It doesn’t have "video software," it really just has a QuickTime plugin that can let you view certain videos on the Internet and from the Videos app. This plugin only supports MP4 videos for playback and streaming from sites such as YouTube or from your Videos library.
If the application for your camera is online and uses Flash player, it won’t let you use it on the iPhone because Flash is not made for iPhone and there is nothing else that will work with it.
