If you’ve got nothing to hide, they are actually doing you a favour by having THEIR camera view YOUR property. I wish my neighbours were that considerate because infrared surveillance equipment isn’t cheap.
You haven’t actually stated if this is a case of their camera gets some of your property by chance or if it is directed at you and nowhere else.
If it is the first scenario and you are on good terms then you should simply have a chat about it, but if the camera is pointed at your property seemingly on purpose then this is slightly more serious – I would initially attempt to discuss this with your neighbour and if this gets you nowhere then I would suggest there may be a reason.
If you have done nothing to antagonize your neighbour and they refuse to move the camera then you should take legal advice, but it may be that there is some kind of dispute that you have not mentioned, in this case I should imagine if you resolve the problem then the camera may no longer be required and your neighbour may take it away themselves
Put up a fence or if u already have one put up a higher fence. I would also think that u could report it 2 the police because your property and probably u too are being filmed without your consent which is against the law. I would do both if I were u.
