I think someone is entering my home. Does anyone know where I can purchase a small hidden camera? I am on a budget so I can’t spend tons of money. I just need video of my front door. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Often a fake camera will make them think twice, and would be cheaper. I’d try that first and if you still feel someone is entering your home then get the real thing…

You bassically tell this camera what to look for and it sends alerts and live video to your iphone or ipod. (=
We don’t know how your front door area is designed or whether there is any power available.
One way is to use a small, covert, pinhole, camera that looks like something else.

This would be outside with a view of front door or walkway.
Another way is to use an out-door rate camera – that is obviously a camera

And yet another way is to use a camera inside, pointed at the front door that will see whoever comes in…
In either case, in order for the camera to be useful, the video needs to be recorded somewhere, and the camera needs power and a way to connect to the camera to the recording device. Even wireless cameras need wires… Computer network based cameras ("IP based" cameras) are usually more expensive than analog cams. USB cameras are usually problematic because USB cables have a length limitation so they cable can’t be too long. Using a fake camera might scare them away, but won’t answer your question of who it is.
Some newer cameras can run on batteries and have local recording… and look like something else.

Get a cheap 20$ webcam. You can hook it up to your laptop or computer. You can also add software to make an alarm or take a picture of the view when there is a change in the picture.
