Frys electronics has a wide selection of reasonably priced cameras. When you are deciding which to buy think about do you need color or black and white, wired or wireless, there are all different sizes, what about the ability to record in the dark?
If you are not near a Frys I would try Radio Shack or ebay.

Use a couple of wireless cameras. That way if someone does find the cameras, they won’t necessarily be able to confiscate the video.
