I have a Dell XP2 pc for home use and recently connected a wireless router. For daily internet use no problems but for SKYpe phone calls had to disable the Norton Antivirus to connect (only tried this and then reinstated the NAV)
For the surveillance camera all software loaded but again unable to connect. Any suggestions.
Sounds like there’s a firewall in Norton which is blocking the port. I tried Skype but was advised that it made me a server, so I removed it, a suggestion was enough to scare me off without bothering to check.
